TKO guarantees all Strength and Fitness products from the date of shipment to be free of material defects or workmanship. TKO assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage by or through the use of products sold by TKO Sports Group USA Limited. TKO will repair or replace any products under warranty that can be shown to have broken, provided it is returned to TKO for inspection.
WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF PRODUCTS SHOW SIGNS OF ABUSE. Warranties are void if: Dumbbells/ Barbells/ Bars are used in areas where there is no floor protection, Dumbbells/Plates showing signs of being dropped, Dumbbells showing signs of rubber splitting caused by rubber dumbbells hitting steel on racks, Power Bars showing signs of abuse from being dropped and Medicine Balls damaged due to being “slammed” will not be covered under warranty. The foregoing limited warranties do not cover paint, coatings, equipment altered without the express written consent of TKO, or damage caused to equipment by carrier, misuse, abuse, improper installation or improper maintenance.

Primo Fitness has been refurbishing and remanufacturing used fitness gym equipment for over 20 years. We only used the highest quality replacement parts and our refurbished or remanufactured machines are like new again when they leave our shop. Serviced and Cleaned (for indoor bikes only)
- We open the machine and break it down
- We then search for worn or broken parts
- The parts are then replaced
- Cosmetic touch up is done
- All functions are tested twice
Serviced & Cleaned is great for light commercial or home gyms, with 2 to 3 hrs. of use per day.
We offer a 30 Day Parts warranty on Serviced & Cleaned, after that, if a part does need to be replaced, they are very inexpensive and easy to replace. We are available for phone consultation if you have any questions.
